The AI4HomeCare (AI4H) project is announced a significant step in the development of our training path! We are currently in the validation phase, gathering crucial feedback to ensure our resources effectively support informal caregivers in integrating AI into their daily routines.

What is the AI4H Training Path?

The AI4H training path is designed to empower informal caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and utilize artificial intelligence to enhance their caregiving efforts. It addresses the growing challenges of an aging population and aims to promote digital inclusion by providing accessible and practical tools.

Validation across five European country:
We are actively conducting validation activities with:

  • Informal caregivers in Greece, Spain, and Poland: These individuals, who provide unpaid care to family members, are sharing their perspectives on the clarity, relevance, and usability of our proposed training materials.
  • Care professionals in Italy and Austria: These experts are providing insights on the technical and pedagogical quality of the training path, ensuring its alignment with professional standards and best practices.

Caregivers and professionals from other countries are also welcome, as AI4H Training Paths are available in English.

What we’re validating:
Participants are reviewing a mock-up version of the platform and proposed content outlines, focusing on:

  • Topic relevance and clarity
  • Structure and usability
  • Use of personas
  • Storytelling approach
  • Overall accessibility and interest

The feedback collected during this validation phase will directly inform the final structure and content of the AI4H training path, ensuring that it meets the real needs of caregivers across Europe.
