The AI4HomeCare (AI4H) project consortium held its 2nd Transnational Partners Meeting in Athens on May 27-28, 2025, hosted at the Alzheimer’s Association Day Care Center. The meeting brought together partners to discuss project progress, plan future activities, and strengthen collaboration.
Key topics of the meeting discussed included:
- Development of the AI4H training path for informal caregivers (WP3), with a focus on creating accessible and engaging content.
- Creation and pilot testing of the open AI4H platform (WP4), exploring various content formats and user-friendly design.
- Dissemination and exploitation strategies (WP2), including website updates and social media engagement.
- The upcoming policy session at the AAATE 2025 International Conference in Nicosia (September 2025)
The meeting facilitated valuable discussions, refined project goals, and reinforced the consortium’s commitment to developing innovative AI solutions for home care. Partners also agreed on timelines and responsibilities for upcoming tasks, including the finalization of the AI4H training path and the launch of the AI4H platform.
The AI4HomeCare project continues to make significant strides in empowering informal caregivers with the knowledge and tools to navigate the evolving landscape of AI in home care.
